When you submit an order or enquiry on our website, you will providing us with your personal information.
We do not share or sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use.
Product returns
What do I do if I received my order broken or damaged?
Please email using the contact form with your order number and photos of the broken or damaged product and we will determine whether a replacement would be sent out. We do package our parcels as best as we can, but unfortunately the postage system is out of our control.
I have ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to change your order items once it has been completed. If you have order the wrong item, provided it hasn’t been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund you, so you can reorder again. Please email us using the contact form.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped. Please be aware that orders are generally packed and shipped within 2-4 working days, so it would be advisable to contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return my order once I receive it?
Unfortunately you can’t return any orders due to change of mind.
What if my order is faulty?
Please email us using the contact form with your order number and a photo of the faulty product and we will determine whether a replacement should be sent out.
Terms and conditions
Wombat Lagoon has the right to correct/change prices and information regarding, terms and condition, postage and handling, products and services at their discretion and without notice.
Wombat Lagoon reserves the rights to cancel orders due to reason such as: payment authorisation declines, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent or malicious intent or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Wombat Lagoon.
If the cancelled/declined purchase has been charged to the customer’s account or credit card, Wombat Lagoon will issue a refund within 5-10 days.
